• Prohibited Items: The storage of hazardous, illegal, flammable, perishable, or otherwise restricted items under UAE law is strictly prohibited.
• Access & Security: While the facility may provide security features such as CCTV or gated access, it does not guarantee the security of stored items. Tenants are responsible for securing their own units.
• Termination & Access Rights: The facility reserves the right to access units or terminate agreements in accordance with applicable Dubai and UAE regulations.
• Compliance: Tenants must comply with all laws and regulations of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.
